One cookie key is needed. Everything else waits for your yes.
A Mesa electrician's website does not need much in your browser. Here is every key it writes, what sets it, how long it lasts, and the button that changes your answer.
Short version: your cookie choice is remembered for 6 months, the chat keeps a token so you can come back to a conversation, and ad or analytics cookies from Google, Microsoft and Meta are set only after you press Allow. Press Decline and they are not set. That is the whole arrangement. The detail follows, numbered.
01 In force from October 1, 2026.
This notice took effect on October 1, 2026, which is also the date of its last update. It sits alongside the privacy notice, which covers what happens to the details you type into the estimate form. When the list of cookies changes, this date changes with it and the banner asks you again.
02 Three kinds of storage, and only one runs without asking.
Strictly necessary
Things the site cannot work without. On this site that means the key that remembers your cookie choice, so the banner does not reappear on every page, and the chat token, which only exists if you open the chat yourself. Neither one tracks you anywhere else. These run without consent because without them your Decline could not be remembered.
Analytics
Counts of visits and which pages people read before asking for an estimate. It tells us whether the EV charger section gets read or skipped. Off until you allow it.
Advertising
Cookies from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads that report when a click on one of our ads turned into an estimate request. We use them to stop paying for search terms that bring nothing. Off until you allow it.
There are no preference cookies beyond your consent choice, no social-media share buttons, and no embedded videos or maps that would drop their own cookies.
03 Every key, by name.
Names marked "after Allow" are not written until you press Allow on the banner. Third-party cookie names can change when a platform updates its tag; if you find one here that is not listed, write and tell us.

04 The ad you clicked left a tag on the link.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send paid clicks to this site now. Someone searches "panel upgrade mesa az", sees our ad, clicks, and the platform adds a click identifier to the address:
gclidfrom Google Adsmsclkidfrom Microsoft Advertisingfbclidfrom Meta Ads, where a campaign runs there
The identifier rides in the URL whether you consent or not, because the platform puts it there before you arrive. What consent decides is whether our page stores it in a cookie and reports a conversion back. Decline, and it is not stored. Placing ads with these platforms means we follow their ad policies. None of them has reviewed or approved this site, and we do not say otherwise.
05 Four switches, all off when the page loads.
The site runs Google Consent Mode v2. Before a single tag fires, puga8a3.js sets these to denied:
ad_storagead_user_dataad_personalizationanalytics_storage
Press Allow and all four are updated to granted. Press Decline, or withdraw later, and all four are set straight back to denied. A browser sending a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a Decline without the banner asking. Microsoft's UET tag and Meta's pixel are held to the same answer on this site.
06 Change your answer here, or from any footer.
You give consent by pressing Allow on the strip at the bottom of the screen. It never covers the page; you can read and use the whole site while ignoring it, and ignoring it counts as no. Allow and Decline carry equal weight and sit side by side.
To change or withdraw your choice, press the button below. The same control sits in every page footer as Cookie settings. Clearing this site's storage in your browser also resets it, and the banner returns on your next visit.
07 Decline, and the site still does its job.
Everything that matters to you keeps working: every page, the menu, the free estimate form, the phone link and the support chat. Your estimate request reaches us the same way and gets the same written scope.
What stops: Google, Microsoft and Meta cookies are not written, no conversion is reported, and no analytics are recorded. We lose the ability to tell which ad brought you in. That is our problem, not yours. The only thing kept is site_consent_v2, holding the word "declined", so we do not ask on every page.
08 The platforms' own rules.
Once a platform has a cookie, it handles that data under its own policy:
- Google: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from sites like this one, policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Microsoft: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
- Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy
Each of them also lets you switch off personalised ads in your own account settings, which works across every site, not only ours.
09 Ask about a specific cookie.
